Move Smooth Ltd provides services and digitally delivered products. We do not ship physical goods.
Property reports are delivered digitally by email, usually within 24 hours of receiving the required property details, unless otherwise stated on the product page or agreed in writing.
Other services, including consultations, property sourcing, offer advisory, end-to-end buying advisory, and trusted referrals, are delivered remotely, digitally, by phone, by video call, by email, or as otherwise agreed with you.
Where a service requires information from you before we can begin, delivery or performance times will only start once the required information has been received.
Any stated delivery or performance times are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing. Delays may occur where we are waiting for information from you, third-party data, third-party professionals, technical systems, or other matters outside our reasonable control.
